At this moment it's not possible.
Due to the global COVID situation we sometimes experience a longer delivery time than expected. If you have any doubts on expected delivery dates, please contact us via email or direct message.
If it's not shipped out yet you can cancel your order and get your money back. In case your order is shipped you can return all items. We will refund you the full amount excluding shipping costs.
- Pearls:
We only use real sweet water pearls, which last a life time.
- Beads:
Some of our beads like for example the small smileys, hearts, flower smileys, flowers etc. could possibly absorb oils or filth from your skin. We therefore always recommend to put them off while sleeping, so they stay bright for as long as possible
- Staineless steel:
We prefer to use stainless steel as much as possible as this material is waterproof and could last a lifetime. Please keep in mind stainless steel's biggest enemy is chlorine.
- Gold plated:
Gold plated items need some particular attention, to ensure the quality for as long as possible. Avoid contact with water, don't wear your gold plated items while showering and swimming in the sea/swimming pool. Avoid contact with creams, make up, lotions and perfumes.
However we strive to use the best possible materials jewellery is always delicate and vulnerable. We therefore always suggest you to take off your jewellery before showering/swimming. And to put on your jewellery after applying cream, make up or perfume. How long jewellery / plating lasts differs per person; usage, treatment and skin type (oily/normal).
