Orders are shipped from The Netherlands and Spain depending on where you're ordering from. Please allow 3-5 business days for product to be made before shipment. Almost all our items are handmade by Luna. In case you need it sooner you can write us an email and we can see what we can do as we sometimes do have a little stock of some items .
Shipping costs are calculated at the check out.
We don’t offer worldwide shipping yet. You can send us an email to check the possibilities if your country is not there yet.
RETURNS
We strive to deliver you the best possible products. If, however, you are not completely happy with an item you can return it within 14 days after receiving the order. The item(s) you return must be unworn/unused. Funky & Fancy has the right to refuse returned articles if they’re not returned in brand new condition.
Due to personalization all personalizeditems are final sale. Due to hygiene reasons all earrings are final sale.
HOW TO RETURN:
Step 1: Register your return by sending an email stating your name, order number and ‘return’ in the email title. Please always request your return otherwise we can’t give your money back.
Step 2: Put the item(s) you would like to return in the original packaging or a protective bubble envelope/box so items can’t be damaged while being shipped. We don’t accept damaged returns. Add a note with your name and email otherwise we don’t know it’s yours.
Step 3: Bring your return to a post office. Return costs aren’t covered by Funky & Fancy. We advise you to return your package using a track & trace code. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged return orders. If we don't receive the return we're not able to do a refund. Please return the items to the following address:
